Our long-term customers have extremely high requirements for the surface roughness and finish of a batch of optical instrument parts. Conventional processing technology cannot achieve the mirror effect, which affects the optical performance of the product. Our engineering team uses a combination of advanced electrolytic polishing and ultra-precision grinding technology to innovate the processing technology. After many tests and adjustment of process parameters, the surface roughness of the product is finally reduced to Ra0.01μm or less, which meets the customer's stringent requirements for surface quality and improves the competitiveness of the customer's products in the market.
