Guangdong Guqun Service Process:


1. Demand Communication and Quotation


• Customers put forward processing requirements (drawings, materials, precision, etc.).


• Evaluate the process difficulty, working hours and costs, and provide quotation solutions.


2. Order confirmation and process planning


• Sign a contract to clarify the delivery cycle, acceptance criteria, etc.


• The technical team formulates the processing technology (such as turning, milling, grinding, etc.) and determines the equipment and tools.


3. Raw material procurement and pretreatment


• Purchase raw materials (metal/non-metal) according to demand, and perform pretreatment such as inspection and cutting.


4. Parts processing and quality control


• Perform processing according to the process (mainly CNC equipment), and detect accuracy through three-coordinate measurement and other means during the process.


5. Surface treatment and assembly (if necessary)


• Perform surface treatment such as electroplating and spraying, or assemble into components/finished products.


6. Final inspection and packaging


• Full inspection or random inspection to ensure qualification, and package as required after cleaning (anti-collision, anti-rust, etc.).


7. Delivery and after-sales service


• Logistics delivery to customers, providing quality inspection reports, follow up on usage feedback and handle after-sales issues.
